Center for Statistical Research (CSR)
CSR is the MARKETING RESEARCH DIVISION of CCG providing useful market and consumer insights and foresights to its valued clients. It has the largest and most experienced team of marketing and marketing research consultants, qualified statisticians and elaborate field set-up with male and female enumerators, in the Kingdom. It has conducted more than 500 surveys covering a wide range of subjects, for both public and private sector clients.
CSR grew out with the firm belief that all advisory and consultancy work should be based on solid footing of reliable and up-to-date information. Since such information is usually not available from secondary sources in Saudi Arabia, it became important for CSR to develop its own in-house expertise in gathering information and analyzing the same from different perspectives. While initially CSR served as a support unit for the consulting work at CCG, over the years, it has evolved into a separate profit center, conducting Marketing Research Studies for hundreds of its clients. Its team can design studies tailor made to clients' information needs and other specific requirements.
CSR has strong Field Setup with permanent supervisory staff and standing teams of qualified and experienced bi-lingual male and female enumerators to interview male and female respondents respectively. The reach of our Field Setup extends to GCC and MENA countries in addition to the Kingdom.
Our teams have experience of conducting face to face paper and pencil interviews (PAPI), computer aided personal interviews (CAPI), telephone interviews and interviews through snail mail with the help of self-administered questionnaires.
We have the capability to design Web based interviews (CAWI) as well.
